How Does Connoisseurs Wine Club Work?
What countries do the wines come from and how do you select them?
We source our wines from some of the finest wineries in countries across the globe, including Australia, France, Italy, South Africa, Chile, Spain, Argentina, Germany, and more.
Our expert sommeliers personally taste each premium exotic wine and hand-pick the very best selections. We negotiate great prices and ship them straight to your door!
Can I change which wines I want as I discover my favourites and reorder certain wines?
Yes and no. As a wine tasting club, we offer a limited number of wine selections from specific vineyards each month. This allows our members to experience a wide-variety of grapes, wines, vintages, and vineyards from around the world.
That being said, you can request to receive all white or all red wines each month according to your preference. You can also request a blend of each. You will be able to make these requests yourself once you become a member by logging into your back office.
Our experts pride themselves in choosing your monthly wine selections and try to pick vintages that appeal to a broad number of people. Some vintages are also in short supply, which makes reordering a specific wine impossible at times.
When will I receive my wine?
The delivery date of your initial wine shipment will vary depending on your location. However, the tracking information is typically available in the back office within a couple of business days of signing up.
To track your package, simply press the shopping cart button in your back office to view your order history. If you the status of the package is listed as “posted,” it’s currently being processed. If “shipped/track” is shown, click on the link. This will take you to the courier company’s tracking information, where you can view its progress and even the exact delivery date.
As a reminder, we’re unable to deliver to PO boxes. We can only deliver to street addresses and must have an adult signature as required by law. If no one is home, we will not attempt any more than three deliveries. After that, they’ll hold your package for you to pick up for up to five business days before sending it back as undeliverable.
Which Countries Do You Ship To?
We currently ship to Australia, USA and the UK.
In the USA, we can ship our wines to every state except for Delaware, Rhode Island, Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Utah. We also cannot currently ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands.
We can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, but these destinations have additional shipping charges.
What are my marketing tools and where can I find them?
As the world’s fastest growing wine tasting club, we’re proud to offer a premium suite of marketing tools, including a professional website, graphics, flyers, banners, business cards, and more to help you grow your business into an absolute success.
You can find these tools by logging into your back office and clicking on the “Resources” tab. You can also access them by downloading the free mobile app.
How and when will I receive my commissions?
Access to our innovative iPay payment solution system is granted once your balance meets or exceeds $25. When it does, you can set up an eWallet to transfer your commissions to your bank via direct deposit or your debit card.
The pay period runs Thursday-Wednesday. All commissions earned during this period are made available for withdrawal the following Friday at 5pm EST.
Why didn’t I receive my ‘Welcome Email’?
We send a ‘Welcome Email’ immediately after you enroll. The subject line reads: “Congratulations on a Great Decision.” In this email, we thank you for joining the club and provide you with the information needed to access our Business Management System and all of the tools needed to launch and grow your business.
If you did not receive this email, check your junk and spam folders. Since first-time emails with graphics often get sent to one of these two folders, so chances are it’s in one of the two. If not, just reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help!
What if I no longer want to enjoy world-class wines as a member of the club?
If you no longer wish to be a member of our rapidly growing premium wine tasting club, you may cancel at any time. Once you do, we’ll discontinue your monthly deliveries.
